Soflux Care Services provides non-medical Personal Assistance Services (PAS) in client homes and host homes across Hutto and Williamson County. Every service plan is individualized based on the person’s needs, goals, and program requirements.
Personal Care
Bathing or showering assistance, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily hygiene support.
Home Support
Light housekeeping, laundry, changing linens, simple meal preparation, and clean-up related to the client.
Safety & Supervision
Stand-by help with walking and transfers, safety checks, cueing and redirection, and general supervision as needed.
Host Home Supports
Daily living support for individuals in approved host home settings, including personal care, home routines, and coordination with the host family.
Medication Reminders
Reminders to take medications on time, help opening containers, and immediately reporting missed doses or concerns to the supervisor or family.
